Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish relationships with customers, local law enforcement, and fire departments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service. Duties include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain knowledge of emergency policies and procedures, monitor cameras, complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, and communicate issues to the Security Supervisor. Be proactive in staying current with post orders and general information distributed by the customer.
