Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as outlined in the post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain professional image and deliver excellent customer service while patrolling entrances and perimeters, controlling pedestrian/vehicle traffic, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, monitoring cameras, completing daily activity and incident reports, and communicating security issues to the Security Supervisor. Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels and CCTV, and ability to adhere to emergency procedures; adaptability to post orders and NDA accommodations; strong teamwork and proactive loss-prevention mindset.
