Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances and pedestrian/vehicle traffic, patrolling facilities, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and performing special assignments per post orders. Maintains a professional image with customers and colleagues, monitors activity, reports incidents and maintains required documentation. Ensures knowledge of life safety systems and emergency procedures, communicates security issues to the supervisor, and contributes to safety and loss prevention programs while delivering strong customer service in a team environment.
