Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service while controlling entrances, traffic, patrols of buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators and access doors; complete Daily Activity Reports, Log Book entries and Incident Reports; communicate security issues to the Security Supervisor; stay current with post orders and emergency procedures; work as part of a team and adhere to ADA requirements to ensure safety and loss prevention across varied post assignments.
