Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for security detail per post orders, controlling entrances and pedestrian/vehicle movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and performing special assignments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service; greet customers and employees, stay aware of post order revisions, report suspicious activity, monitor cameras, be knowledgeable about emergency procedures, complete daily reports, and assist with safety and loss prevention improvements. Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators and access doors, and the ability to communicate effectively with security supervisors is required.
