Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for security detail per post orders, establishing relationships with customers and local authorities, and maintaining a professional image with strong customer service. Duties include controlling entrances and traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, handling special assignments, and staying current with post orders. Must be punctual, greet customers politely, monitor cameras and emergency procedures, complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, support loss prevention measures, and work with life safety systems and access control equipment. Strong vigilance, teamwork, and effective communication are essential.
