Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders, manage entrances and vehicle/pedestrian traffic, patrol buildings and perimeters, escort materials and personnel, inspect security and fire exposures, and carry out special assignments. Maintain a professional image with strong customer service, greet customers/visitors/employees, stay informed of post-order revisions, monitor and report suspicious activity, operate or monitor CCTV and emergency procedures, complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, and coordinate with security supervisors. Stay knowledgeable about life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators, and access doors; follow training and compliance guidelines as outlined by AFS and customer requirements.
