Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for security detail per post orders, maintaining professional customer service and image, patrolling buildings and perimeters, controlling entrances, escorting materials/personnel, monitoring surveillance and emergency procedures, and reporting incidents through daily activity and incident reports. Must be vigilant, communicate effectively with customers, employees, Security Supervisor, and local authorities; knowledgeable about post orders, life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators, and access doors; capable of adapting to post-specific duties, and maintaining ADA accommodations where applicable. Emphasis on proactive observation, timely reporting, teamwork, urgency, and adherence to customer and company security policies.
