Retail Security Officer

Security officers provide security detail as described in post orders, maintain a professional image with customers and staff, greet visitors, patrol buildings and perimeters, control entrances and movement of people and vehicles, escort materials and personnel, inspect security and fire-related exposures, monitor cameras and alarms, report incidents and complete incident reports, and stay current with post orders and emergency procedures. The role requires strong customer service, discipline, vigilance, teamwork, and the ability to respond to alarms and emergencies, while ensuring safety and loss-prevention practices are followed and communications with Security Supervisors are maintained.
