Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances and movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintains professional image, delivers excellent customer service, greets customers/visitors/employees, stays updated on post orders, reports suspicious activity, monitors cameras, understands emergency procedures and life-safety systems, completes daily activity and incident reports, and contributes to loss prevention and safety improvements. Works under post orders with potential variations by department size and geographic location; adherence to ADA accommodations and collaboration with security teams and customers is expected.
