Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for providing security detail per post orders and maintaining professional customer service relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Duties include controlling entrances and movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of post orders, greet customers and employees professionally, monitor cameras and alarms, prepare Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, and contribute to loss prevention and safety improvements. Ensure all life safety systems and access controls operate safely and that team members comply with policies; communicate any security issues daily to the Security Supervisor.
