Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances, patrolling facilities, escorting materials and personnel, and monitoring security and fire-related exposures. Maintain a professional image with strong customer service, greet customers and staff, stay current with post orders, observe and report suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with emergency procedures. Duties include patrols of buildings/perimeters, reporting via Daily Activity Reports and incident logs, and coordination with security supervisors. Knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV operation, and access control is preferred; ability to work in a team, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively is essential.
