Retail Security Officer

Security officer role focused on retail site protection, crowd and vehicle flow control, building and perimeter patrols, escorting materials and personnel, and monitoring security and fire exposures per post orders. Maintain professional image and deliver strong customer service; greet customers and coworkers; stay current on post orders and client communications; document activity through daily logs and incident reports; report suspicious activity and respond to emergencies; operate surveillance equipment (CCTV) and life-safety systems; coordinate with security leadership and law enforcement as needed; ensure compliance with safety and loss-prevention procedures; adapt duties to posting requirements and post assignments.
