Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for providing security detail per post orders, controlling entrances, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain a professional image with excellent customer service, greet customers/visitors/employees, stay updated on post orders, monitor cameras/equipment, respond to emergencies, complete daily activity and incident reports, and communicate any security issues to the Security Supervisor. Requires knowledge of life safety systems and related equipment (elevators, access doors, CCTV, fire panels) and adherence to training and compliance guidelines. Duties may vary by location and post; strong vigilance, teamwork, sense of urgency, and ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.
