Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders with professional image and excellent customer service. Duties include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire systems, handling special assignments, monitoring cameras, and maintaining emergency procedures. Maintain posted duties, complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, greet customers and employees, report suspicious activity, stay informed on post orders, and support loss prevention efforts as directed by management. Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV equipment, and safe operation of elevators and access doors is expected, with adherence to ADA requirements where applicable.
