Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for providing security detail per post orders, controlling entrances and movement of traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintains a professional image with customers, visitors, and employees; greets customers and demonstrates strong customer service. Duties include reporting to post in uniform, staying updated with post orders, monitoring cameras, responding to emergencies, completing daily activity and incident reports, and contributing to safety and loss-prevention processes. Requires knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators and access doors, and adherence to training and compliance guidelines; ability to work with a sense of urgency and as part of a team.
