Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders, including control of entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, patrol of buildings and perimeters, escort of material and personnel, inspection of security and fire exposures, and special assignments. Maintain a professional image with customers and employees, greet visitors, monitor cameras, report incidents and complete required reports, and coordinate with Security Supervisor. Be proactive in post orders revisions, stay knowledgeable about emergency procedures, life safety systems, and loss prevention processes, and work as part of a team to ensure safety and security across assigned posts. Strong customer service orientation, vigilance, and clear communication are essential.
