Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders with professional customer service. Patrol of buildings and perimeters; control entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic; escort of material and personnel; inspect security and fire exposures; perform special assignments. Maintain professional image and greet customers, visitors and employees; stay informed of post orders and updates; monitor cameras and equipment; report suspicious activity and incidents; complete Daily Activity Reports, Log Book entries, Incident Reports, and all relevant documentation; be prepared to respond to alarms and emergencies and to support life-safety procedures. Collaborate with security teams, local law enforcement, and other stakeholders as needed; uphold loss prevention and safety standards and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.
