Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Patrol of buildings and perimeters; control entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic; escort of material and personnel; inspect security and fire exposures; monitor cameras; complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports; maintain professional image and provide excellent customer service; report to Security Supervisor and implement changes from post orders. Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels and CCTV; ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team; ADA accommodations may be required; duties may vary by post and location. Maintain readiness to respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies and uphold safety and loss-prevention processes as identified in daily routines.
