Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Officers maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service while patrolling buildings/perimeters, controlling entrances and traffic, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and completing required reports. Maintain knowledge of post orders, emergency procedures, life safety systems, CCTV, alarms, and access controls; communicate effectively with Security Supervisors; ADA accommodations may be required. Duties may vary by post but emphasize proactive security, reporting, and loss prevention, with a focus on safety and customer service.
