Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Be on time in full uniform, greet customers politely, patrol property or maintain fixed post, monitor cameras, escort materials and personnel, report incidents and maintain life-safety knowledge. Maintain professional image, report revisions to post orders, and communicate daily with Security Supervisor about new issues or changes. Include strong customer service, vigilance, teamwork, and ability to handle multiple priorities; adhere to emergency policies and regulations; prepare Daily Activity Reports and incident reports; suggest improvements to safety and loss prevention processes.
