Job Summary
Retail Security Officer position responsible for controlling entrances and movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, and escorting materials/personnel. Maintain professional image with strong customer service, monitor cameras, respond to alarms, complete incident and activity reports, and stay up-to-date with post orders and emergency procedures. Must ensure life safety systems operation, understand fire panels and CCTV, and communicate security issues to supervisors. Provides support to customer and property protection teams, with flexibility for post assignments and ADA accommodations.
