Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail in accordance with post orders and interact professionally with customers, law enforcement, and fire departments. Patrol buildings and perimeters, control entrances and movement of pedestrians/vehicles, escort materials/personnel, and inspect security and life-safety systems. Maintain a professional image, deliver excellent customer service, stay updated on post orders, report suspicious activity and incidents, monitor CCTV and alarms, complete daily activity and incident reports, and contribute to loss-prevention improvements. Must be vigilant, punctual, and able to work in a security team environment; strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.
