Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer role responsible for providing security detail per post orders, controlling entrances and vehicle/pedestrian traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain a professional image and excellent customer service, greet customers and employees, stay current with post orders, report suspicious activity and incidents, monitor cameras, and prepare Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports. Must have knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels and CCTV, and be able to ensure safe operation of elevators and access doors. Strong communication and teamwork skills emphasized.
