Greet customers and maintain a visible security presence at store entrances and patrol areas to deter theft and disruptive behavior. Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols of the storefront, sidewalks, and parking areas while observing and reporting suspicious activity or safety concerns. Document shoplifting incidents using approved customer service techniques and complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports accurately. Report criminal activity, emergencies, and safety concerns to management and law enforcement as required. Arrive on time in full uniform, adhering to company policies and avoiding personal cell phone use while on duty.
