Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping and product location, and execute fast, friendly checkout experiences. Complete truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and planogram maintenance while performing store recovery and in-stock optimization. Engage customers on Rewards program benefits, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and support shrink and safety programs. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and promote a positive, respectful image in the public retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- At least sixteen (16) years or older
- Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job
Desired Qualifications
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
