Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic manner and forge lasting relationships while communicating brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge in active-wear and the broader fashion landscape. Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening, maintain visual directives, and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash. Collaborate with management on inventory management and keep the retail store clean, organized, and stocked. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, lifting products up to 30 lbs and moving throughout the store during each shift.

- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
