Retail Scan Associate needed for part-time, year-round in-store data collection. You will visit designated local retailers to scan barcodes on displays and aisles (including end caps) using a mobile app, collecting data to support retailer and brand performance. Expect weekly schedules across multiple store types (convenience, grocery, drug, pet, mass merchandisers) with shifts totaling roughly 4–10.5 hours per week per store, plus occasional extra hours for special projects. Base pay is $16 per hour, with paid travel, sick time, 401(k) eligibility with employer matching, and a referral program. The role requires being on your feet for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet, bend/stretch/stoop/stand, attention to detail, independent work, reliable Wi‐Fi, and tech savvy. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage

- Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods
