Job Summary
Permanent part-time Retail Scan Associate in Slayton, MN, performing in-store data collection across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise retailers. Responsibilities include visiting assigned stores weekly to scan barcodes with a mobile app, reporting deadlines, and handling in-store data tasks with client-driven project work (Custom Projects) that may add 30 minutes to 2 hours weekly. Role offers independence, flexible scheduling, annualized compensation of $16/hour, paid travel at hourly rate, paid sick time, 401(k) with employer matching, and a monitored screening process via AI-based resume assessment. Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage
- Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, bend/stretch/stoop/stand
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
