Job Summary
Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed to improve sales performance for the product and retailer. Base hours average 3-6 hours per week across stores with additional hours for special projects; on-site scanning of barcodes across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores for major retailers; role includes using a mobile app to scan barcodes and report quantities. Role offers part-time schedule, flexible hours, paid travel at hourly rate, sick time, 401(k) eligibility, and AI-assisted resume screening during hiring.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage
- Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds
- Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi
- Must be tech savvy
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
