Retail Scan Associate responsible for in-store data collection by scanning barcodes on displays and aisles across assigned stores, including end caps, using a mobile app. Tasks include scanning a wide variety of products, ensuring timely data collection across multiple retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons), meeting weekly deadlines, and handling occasional additional projects (Custom Projects) that may add 30 minutes to 2 hours per week per store. The role emphasizes independent work, reliability, flexible hours, and performing under 52-week year demand with potential higher workload in peak periods. The position features part-time hours (5-10 hours weekly average across all stores, with additional project work) and requires willingness to travel to multiple local store locations. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage
- Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be a deadline-driven self-starter
- Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi
- Must be tech savvy
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
