Job Summary
Retail Salon Manager responsible for meeting sales goals, hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon environment, consulting with customers in a friendly manner, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and attending off-site trainings; requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends; offers starting pay at $21/hour with quarterly reviews for increases up to $25/hour, plus $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance, commission on all product/package/upgrade/membership sales, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and employee discounts.
