Retail Salon Manager Full Time

Retail Salon Manager leads salon operations and drives sales goals. Responsibilities include hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive, fun, and professional environment, consulting with customers on tanning and retail items, educating on safe tanning practices, maintaining cleanliness and organization, handling opening/closing duties, managing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers through the tanning process. The role emphasizes goal setting, training on achieving salon goals, and participating in off-site job trainings. Compensation includes starting hourly pay of $21 with quarterly increases up to $25 per hour, plus $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance and commissions on products, packages, upgrades, and memberships; benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, employee discounts, and a complimentary salon membership.
