Job Summary
Retail Salon Manager responsible for meeting sales goals, hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon environment, consulting with customers on tanning and retail items, educating on safe tanning practices, handling opening/closing and daily administrative tasks, and attending off-site trainings.
