Job Summary
Retail Salon Manager leads sales and staff in a tanning salon environment, hires/trains Salon Consultants, and drives performance to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon atmosphere, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, overseeing opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork, walking customers to rooms and assisting first-time users, attending off-site trainings, and driving growth through commission-based incentives and bonus contests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
