Job Summary
Lead a salon team to achieve sales goals through training and development of salon consultants; maintain a positive, professional, and engaging environment; professionally consult with customers and educate on tanning practices and retail items; oversee opening/closing duties and daily administrative tasks; participate in off-site trainings; develop goals and drive performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented salon setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
