Job Summary
Retail Salesperson at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is a dynamic, sales-focused role delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, driving sales of automotive services, building customer loyalty, conducting accurate transaction procedures, and promoting products and services. Responsibilities include energetic customer engagement, merchandising, advertising and promotion, ensuring timely service appointments with technicians, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires 2 years of consumer retail sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver's license, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay Range is $17.60-$26.29 per hour with benefits starting day 1 for eligible teammates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
