Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone to meet customer needs, promoting Bridgestone Automotive services and products, and guiding customers to schedule service appointments. Build strong relationships with customers, explain product and service options, execute sales transactions with precision, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Leverage energy and communication skills to drive sales, merchandising, promotions, and customer satisfaction while meeting service commitments. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of retail sales experience; valid driver's license; on-the-job training and ASE certifications offered.
Required Qualifications

- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
