Job Summary
Welcome customers in the retail store, identify their needs, and explain skincare products and services through engaging dialogue. Monitor inventory to ensure product availability while managing sales and adhering to sales principles and customer service practices. Demonstrate good judgment, decision-making, and quality customer service while relating to diverse backgrounds. Possess a caring manner, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information. Requires 2-3 years of skincare retail experience and shares the company's patient-first ideals.
