Job Summary
Retail Salesfloor Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and assisting customers, upholding merchandising standards, processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas; supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect; adheres to labor laws and safety standards; participates in store recovery and loss-prevention efforts; contributes to shrink-reduction goals and provides feedback to improve operations. Prior retail customer experience preferred; must be flexible with scheduling and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay range: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
