Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling by using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit. Cultivate a customer following by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and delivering service on their terms. Manage department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Maintain fashion and product expertise to support these activities. This role requires continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including lifting items up to 25 pounds. Flexible scheduling is necessary, with occasional duties in other departments.
