Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a customer following. Manage department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and leveraging networking to drive sales. This role requires continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including lifting items up to 25 pounds. The schedule varies weekly based on business needs, with flexibility to occasionally work in other departments. - Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
