Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a customer following. Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning to keep the department ready. Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Continuous movement for 6-8 hours includes lifting items up to 25 pounds. Schedule varies weekly based on business needs with flexibility for cross-departmental duties.

- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
