Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a following digitally and in-store. Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns to keep the department customer-ready. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts. Work with the team to maintain customer readiness and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift includes lifting items up to 25 pounds.

- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
