Job Summary
Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a following both online and in-store. Manage department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Grow the Nordstrom Rewards program by opening new accounts and maintain team collaboration. Work a flexible schedule with continuous movement for 6-8 hours, lifting items up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications

- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
