Job Summary
Travel Specialists engage customers with our travel services and products, assisting with TSA Precheck, passport photos, and various federal or state program services. Responsibilities include providing travel solutions, verifying customer identity, managing documentation processes, and performing basic maintenance on retail equipment. Essential qualifications include being 18 or older, a U.S. citizen, and having 1+ years of customer service experience. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and manage conflicts effectively. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- 1+ years customer service-related experience
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Manage conflict in a reasonable manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
