Job Summary
Lead assigned stores to deliver sales targets and measurable KPIs while coaching sales staff into confident, high-performing individuals. Embed sales culture through induction, product knowledge, and customer experience training across both existing locations and the New Store Rollout Program. Champion the 12V category by ensuring teams possess the product expertise to deliver outstanding solutions and drive sustainable category growth. Work with Zone and Store Managers to support new store openings, leading a host store for up to four weeks at a time through critical early trading stages. Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience by turning business insights into actionable performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
