Job Summary
Lead assigned stores to deliver sales targets and measurable KPIs while coaching and mentoring sales staff into high-performing individuals. Embed sales culture through induction, product knowledge, and customer experience training, championing the 12V category to ensure teams possess the confidence to deliver outstanding solutions. Support the New Store Rollout Program by leading a host store for up to four weeks at a time, remaining on-site during critical early trading stages. Work with Zone and Store Managers to build a winning culture where customer experience and sales performance are the standard.
Required Qualifications
