Job Summary
Lead assigned stores to deliver sales targets and strong measurable KPIs while coaching and mentoring sales staff into confident, high-performing individuals. Embed sales culture across Induction, product knowledge, and customer experience training to ensure every new store trades with a capable team. Champion the 12V category by turning business insights into action that improves sales performance and drives sustainable category growth. Work with Zone and Store Managers to support the New Store Rollout Program, leading a host store for up to 4 weeks at a time to guide critical early-stage trading. Ensure exceptional customer experiences and build a winning culture where people are motivated, accountable, and proud of their achievements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering in person training with proven sales success
