Job Summary
Assist customers with product selection, execute merchandise standards, and maintain selling floor presentations for the vendor. Leverage product knowledge to increase sales by educating customers and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready by clearing and returning brand-specific merchandise. Maintain communication with vendors, Customer Experience Managers, and Style Merchandise Managers to drive sales and event promotions while adhering to safety and security policies. Complete other customer-facing tasks as needed and demonstrate strong merchandising and communication skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Possess strong merchandising skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management
- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Able to use a calculator
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to collaborate as a member of a team
- Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess vision and creativity
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
- Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours
